Looking to go to the next level...what supps?

Evening all,

I've been training since the start of the year when i was weighing in at 106k and through predominantly cardio i lost a bit of pudding and got down to 92k,  I've slowed the cardio down and upped the weights and have been making good progress and am very pleased with the changes in my physique but want to try and move things on to the next level.

Currently i am eating well.....wholemeal breads, rice, fruit, oats, turkey etc but still with the occasional treat each week and i suppliment with creapure creatine mixed with with myprotien whey twice a day and L-Glutamine brfore and after my workouts.

I've been searching myprotein's website and looking at things like a test booster, ZMA, HMB or an all in one like Hurrican XS but to be honest I'm getting a little lost and don't know what to stack with what and was hoping for a nudge in the right direction as i want to place an order asap.

Many thanks for any feedback.

I find ZMA great for helping me get a good nights sleep mate.  Not too sure about it's testosterone boosting claims (although the odd 'morning glory' would say otherwise!)  But it DOES help me get to sleep, which is good for muscle recovery.

creapure is a branded creatine monohydrate that is made in germany - any other creatine mono come from other places. its similar to the different 'brands' of cla (tonalin, clarinol etc.)
