Loosin some BF without strength...

Ok I'm on my 5x5 routine and I'm eating like a horse and increasing strength and weight fairly quickly. I wanna cut up a little before x-mas though cuz I'm going to see some people and I wanna show em up a bit =]

But I don't wanna loose strength... Whatcha think about this?

Day 1
Train weights

Day 2
Skipping 20mins (short rests if necessary) in the morning
Soccer practice 1.5hrs in the evening

Day 3
Train weights

Day 4
Sprints 20-30mins in the morning
Martial arts training 2.5 hours

Day 5
Train weights

Day 6
Sprints 20mins in the morning
Skipping 20mins in the evening

Day 7
REST

This would vary slightly because some weeks I train weights on Days 1, 3, and 5 while every 2nd week I train on days 2, 4 and either 5 or 1. The only 2 things I can't change the days on is my martial arts training and soccer practice but aside from that I'll be switching up the sprinting and skipping to my days where I don't train weights. Think that will do it? I'm also gonna drop my cals down and try to consume less carbs... Another option would be using ECA. I have a full bottle of ECA pills on my shelf, think I should take those every day till I'm done loosing BF? Thanks for the help.

    I dont think youll lose strenght on that as your splitting it up well - youll need an energy deficit - but make the fat loss slow

    ECA IMO shouldnt be used every day - max 4 days per week

    yes - and youre post exercise nutrition is crucial for recovery in order to perform optimally next time

    And when would I take ECA? 2 pills at say 7:00am and 2 pills in the early afternoon at like 12ish? And maybe only on the days that I'm doing HITT? Thx..

    I decided I'm just gunna do cardio in the mornings on my off days for about 15mins... I think that will do nicely teamed up with my daily walks and my gym class/martials arts/soccer etc.

    I will also take my ECA... No point in letting it waste away =\

    J5 arent u going to reccomend HIIT? Also wot ab muslce loss due to catabolism?

    IMO do not use ECA every day - max 5 days per week. This is to prevent dependance

    Definitely agree with this, I've done it solid for weeks and you dont' want to get in to that trust me. It sucks comming off of it.

    You might consider doing more than 15min of cardio in the mornings, 30-45min would be more like it (if you have the time). 15 min doesn't really sound worth it.
