Loosin some BF without strength...
Ok I'm on my 5x5 routine and I'm eating like a horse and increasing strength and weight fairly quickly. I wanna cut up a little before x-mas though cuz I'm going to see some people and I wanna show em up a bit =]
But I don't wanna loose strength... Whatcha think about this?
Skipping 20mins (short rests if necessary) in the morning
Soccer practice 1.5hrs in the evening
Sprints 20-30mins in the morning
Martial arts training 2.5 hours
Sprints 20mins in the morning
Skipping 20mins in the evening
This would vary slightly because some weeks I train weights on Days 1, 3, and 5 while every 2nd week I train on days 2, 4 and either 5 or 1. The only 2 things I can't change the days on is my martial arts training and soccer practice but aside from that I'll be switching up the sprinting and skipping to my days where I don't train weights. Think that will do it? I'm also gonna drop my cals down and try to consume less carbs... Another option would be using ECA
. I have a full bottle of ECA pills on my shelf, think I should take those every day till I'm done loosing BF? Thanks for the help.
