Situps will make very little difference in getting rid of fat.

It's about total calories consumed/burned. Do more cardio and eat cleaner.

This is the long and short of it I'm afraid.

Better get on the treadmill! (/cross trainer/rower/stationary bike)

Answered your own question dude. Lower your overall body fat by cardio and calorie deficit and your stomach will disappear.

I have the same problem, I used to be quite overweight and lost nearly 30kg. Most of me is pretty good but I still have the extra crap around the midsection. Not much you can do but keep cracking at that treadmill :(

I agree with everyone else lower the calories and up the cardio.

Sit ups will not burn fat off your stomach all they will do is develop your abs and make them stronger but if you have a layer of fat infront of them you will never see them.

Kewp up the good work tho 3 stone is alot (been there) it will happen.

    Best of luck

Chances are you,ll be carrying fat all over, its just more obvious around your chest and mid section which is where it shows most on males.Diet and cardio will sort you out.It wont happen quickly but it will happen.
