Losing weight but getting stronger.

I've been doing this for quite some time now. but from going down from 195 lbs to 190 i've had the biggest jumps in strength, it has also been the longest duration in terms of losing that weight. However, I don't think I'm getting much more of a defined look. My arms have dropped down a little more than an 1/8th an inch. What should i do so I can continue this pattern, yet look more vascular? I'm aiming for 185 11% BF by 3 weeks. Right now I believe i'm about 13%ish at 190ish. Would 185 at 11% be considered a pretty good physique? Or do you all think it's too small? I'm about 6'1 btw.

    How long has it taken you to go down from 195 to 190? Well done on the strength gains BTW, it is a sign that you aren't sparing any muscle.

    And we've got to see pics to judge your physique matey.

    I'll get pics up in a few weeks. I'd like ot get tan as i'm extremely pale and I hardly show any definition. I had pics up a few weeks, maybe a month ago, but I've leaned a little since then.
