    Get rid of the boredom and do HIIT-reduces alot of the risk of muscle loss alot compared to normal cv work

    Combination of HIIT and steady continuous.... choices are too general TBH (which is suprising cos your others have been too specific IMO)

    Oops, I was meaning slow and steady weight loss not slow and steady forms of exercise.

    I wonder if the people who do it the slow and steady way are naturally skinny and vice versa for the fast cutters.
