Im after some info if poss. Im 26 5ft8 and 12st 6. been training for 4 years, 4 times a week diff body parts and not in too bad shape 16"guns on pump (although want to get bigger and little leaner ha wats new)
if done a couple of cycles before but my pct was poor - people dont seem too interested in talkin bout the pct for some reason!! after reading this forum i now know how important it is cos even tho my diet and training intensity has gone up im gettin slightly smoother and also had tender nips recently!!
Im after doing a 6 - 8wk course now and wanna get it right - im after a good bit of size and hardening not interested inpacking on stones of mass bulk and water cos im too short.
any suggestions on what test to take im happy to inject as well as oral and also frequency and dosage?? would sus and deca suit, people dont sem to mention it much but im not down wi all the abbreviations used!!
also pct wa gonna be nova and clomid cos ive read it on here - thing wi this is im unsure of dosage and when to start it stop it etc??
sorry for all the detail i need but unlike my previous cycles i wanna get it spot on instead of half assed and also pointless bustin me ass at gym like i do when its not right and ive got a good frame to build on now.
