Stick with the training you guys, that's about the only thing I can tell you from personal experience. The last few percent of fat is the hardest to shift for most of us. Obviously as you get smaller your body uses less calories so you have to adjust your intake accordingly by lowering it further. You could try a thermo stack (IMHO eca is still the best) to speed things along if you want. BTW, what is your cardio schedule like. You should be doing 45min of moderate intensity cardio at least 4 times per week. With those last few percent cardio pretty much becomes manditory (esp if you are having probs).
@ Paulie - there is a few fat reduction creams out; however, I'm not sure how effective any of them are. I have heard some mixed reviews but never tried any myself. You might give them a go if you can find enough claims on the net (from people on boards like this) to back up their high price.
