Low Carb with T3's

is a low carb diet recomended if you are on a cycle of t3? Whats the lowest you would go?

p.s. Going to be running test prop and masteron to counter the catabolic sides

Thanks

well as low as poss mate. My plans have messed up a few times and my cycle has change lengths a number of times. I travel a great deal with work and fitting in a aas cycle proves a pain in the arse.

Long story short, Ill be doing a 6 week cycle which fits in nicely with my summer plans and work. So my main goal is to get as low as poss within the 6 weeks. Ill be following the 6 week t3 schedule from this site along with clen/ephedrine cycle.

After my cycle ive got a clear 4 weeks pct. I plan to increase my carbs and make sure i dont gain much fat and keep the muscle. Ive done 6 week cycles in the past and that doesnt seem to be too hard to recover from. 8 weeks plus i struggle.

Ive ran t4s a while ago but never t3s and clens together. Not sure what exactly to expect mate

    Thanks

for the last 4 weeks Ive been on a very low carb diet. No complex carbs at all, only carbs coming from veg. I dropped a few % and didnt feel to bad doing it. From what Ive been reading, Im unsure if such a low carb approach on t3s would be a good idea.

Im definately planning on increasing my carbs pre and post training.

    Help is appreciated

    Thanks

t3s are made for low carb, go too low carb normally and the body produces reverse t3 which actually slows the metabolism

not a problem with active t3 coming from the outside metabolism stays up

For what it`s worth and my limited knowledge mate, you will need some carbs to help burn fat anyway.
I`ve started to have chicken breast in wholemeal bread crumbs ( with a bit of salad or veg) as opposed to just the Chicken and the salad/veg, I must say I`ve found the fat burning going better and I`m miles more happy with my energy levels as a result as well.

Dieselboy thats what I was thinking. H20, I think Ill be getting enough carbs for that purpose in my post workout drink i guess. On a normal diet, when I have 50grams plus in my post work out drink i dont notice any fat gains.

Okay, Ill give the low carb a go and see how I feel. I will defo bump up the proteinto 1.5g-2g per lb body weight.

    Thanks for the advice guys

    Thanks

Im probably having no more then 25g total per day at the mo. Think Ill stay the same on the t3 cycle and see how I feel. Got some good aas so should feel like the dogs nuts

Think I will add approx 20g dex and 20g of malto pwo shake on the cycle.

    Thanks
