Low fat snack
A cup of oats
Unflavored protein powder 100gm
1 quater cup of semi skimmed milk
3 tablespoons of vanilla essence
2 table spoons of sweetners
Mix it all up, spread it out in your cooking dish and chuck in the oven at top heat for about 20-30 mins.
Comes out like a big cookie, vary the flavorings for taste.
Break in to handy mouthfuls and eat when hunger pangs start-guilt free, jobs a gooden.
