Lower back pain on bent legged deads

Just a quick question, is it normal to experience lower back pain when doing bent legged deadlifts?

Ive just started doing them on Frankies 5x5 routine and i get a lower back pain for about 2-3 days especially when driving in the car.

The only time ive experienced back pain like this is on dbol which most people call the 'back pump'

I dont get this when doing 'stiff legged' deads so maybe im bending my legs to much what do you think?

try tensing your abs, from what it sounds like is that your lower back is doing all the work.
if you tense your abs, this will support your back and you get to work your abs as a bonus.
do you have a belt on whilst lifting, if you dont it may be a good idea to get one!!

Remember when you're doing those, keep your butt out, back slightly arched, chest out, and chin up. Also, make sure your knees stay behind the tips of your toes throughout the entire rep's execution.
