Lowest dose

I mean i know you could for example run 250mg Sust/Enenth..but would you gain much if anything from it?..or is 500mg the way to go??...I'm thinking of dipping my toes again but it's been so long ..dont know wether to bother or not really...

    The low dose school of thought is that for the shutdown you will experience is not worth it when measured against the minimal gains potentially off a low dose.

    However I do like low dose cycles when cutting, nothing to complex, just enough to prevent catabolism. I am running 400mg of Cyp a week at them moment.

    IF I were not bulking I would be looking in the 750mg+ ballpark

    350mg pw would be the lowest I would say mate.

    An average male produces roughly 70mg a week right?

    So im guessing banging in 250mg a week will double that taking into account what is actually 'free' testtosterone.

    Im no guru though

    I think 500mg per week is an effective and safe dose mate

    Wouldn't go as low as 250mg per week personally, I just don't gain very much from that dose, never have done

    A few people do respond well to low doses though
