M1T Dosage (again)

when you say 10 or 20mg dose, do i take this in one go or spread thru the day. i have 5mg tabs..

    u can choose really

    id do two 10mg doses a day, morning and night time just before bed

    Age: 24
    Weight: 11stones
    Height: 5ft6

    Training: 4 day split
    Eat: pretty clean, 80% of the time
    Goals: to be myself, only better.

    Spread them out mate. Maybe start with 10mg ed on your first cycle.

    thanks for this, been on it for 4 days and only thing i;ve really noticed is a massive thirst for water. i'm doing about 6 litres a day.

    I presume you are also taking milk thistle and have effective PCT products?

    yeah, got milk thistle from H&B and Biotest M. any other you could recommend ?

    Yeah, nolva for PCT, it really would be worth the effort to get hold of from a trusted source. Like all this business about duff Rebound. Nice.

    do you have to be on a bulk diet to do well on m1t.

    Depends on your goals, most people want mass and strength gains from M1T.

    yeah thats what id want, but dont want to eat a heavy diet. id just like to help increase poundage (not im having problems with this) and more mass.

    IMO if your goals are mass and strength, you would only achieve these aims with quality cals at least 500cal above maintenance. Less than this you may see little actual weight change post PCT, although maybe leaner and stronger.
