RE: M1T likely kept gains?
hmm not sure on this over at anabolicminds, alot of people said they lost alot of their size/strength gains.. but that being said i don't really know what pct they used i think they said nolva but i'm not sure
here most people keep the majority of their gains and 99% of them used nolva i think.
gains off m1t would depends more on how much you're using and work out intensity/food intake
but i think on here some one gained about a stone off m1t, so it is possible
with d bol alot of the weight you gain is water bloat aswell, so you need to consider that if you didn't already know
cardio on a m1t cycle is not essential imo as its a short cycle, i would just try to put on as much lbm as possible and if some fat comes then it comes, sort it out after pct.
with dbol i reckon it could be used as a beginners d bol cycle is generally alot longer than any m1t cycle, so you have time to adjust what you eat if you notice too much fat, a slight bit of cardio wouldn't be too bad either, but may be alot harder considering the extra water.
