RE: MAX OT - anyone tried it?
i'm doing MAX-OT now. I'm a noob so i'm doing things like try to get my diet right too.
I like it. I'm training at home with Powerblocks and am able to get my routine finished on time, which is quite important as i do monday to friday.
I'm about to go into weeks 5-8 which will be the first time i've varied anything.
I do like the short brutal heavy burst-ness of it.
