Have started my MD2 cycle today, I am noting EVERYHING down in my little notebook and will update on progress as we go. This isnt a journal on here as such just a means for people to see how it is going.
Diet and Training are sorted, have Nolva ready in case of flare up and for PCT, taking 20mg ED split morning and pre workout with AX Perfect cycle twice daily. RYR and Coq10 as well.
A little info about myself, I am 23 years old, have been seriously working out for the past 2 years, before this I had about 1 and a half years off and got FAT, I badly damaged my knee as I used to compete in Downhill Mountain biking, I then got lazy and just ate with little or no exercise.
I am 5' 11" and Weigh 182 ibs I am going to be running this cycle with a slight calorie deficit as I still have some fat I would like to strip off. I am a typical endomorph and find it hard to shift the fat now. It took me about 9 months to get from 16 stone 8 to 13 stone. I find it VERY easy to pack muscle onto my legs, they also have good memory from my cycling days. I still do a legs day but they are naturally fairly sizable.
So here goes
Off to the gym now!
