ME DIET TEL ME WOT U THINK

10.30 simple oats + whey
11.20 workout 40mins pumpin iron
12.10 pwo whey
13.30-14 breast chicken with chips
17.30 main meal with famly
20.50 whey
21.30-22 cheese and crakas or breast chicken
1 whey


whey 30gram with 300mil milk all of them
BUT SHOULD I CHANGE THE POST WITH WATER???

on non training days the post workout drink i dont take so only three
