Eat more. How many cals are you eating? From the looks of that diet I would guess that you are getting around 3100/3200. Perhaps you could up your cals by a few hundred. There's some easy ways to do this without changing your diet too much or if you find it hard to eat any more solid food then you already are.

Firstly you should bulk buy some Oats, and any time you have a whey shake throw 50-100g oats into it. This will give you anywhere between 40 -75g carbs extra. If you use 100g oats this will add over 300 calories to one shake.

Secondly you could try some form of powdered carbs such as Dextrose or Maltodextrin. 50g of either of this will give you around 200 calories. Throw it into your post workout shake.

If you haven't worked out how many calories are in your diet I would recommend doing that, and then making adjustments to your intake after. I almost guarantee that you are eating less calories then you think. Happens to me all the time!

CitizenKane  i cant workout how many calories /protien im taking , i tryd fitday but it didnt give enough detail so i gave up ,

im going to try and wake a few hours eariler so i can get another meal into me but will find this hard as ive fuk all to do in the morning and the extra few hours in bed are great lol,
i will try the oats in every shake again ,the last time i down this i looked pregnate just after i drunk it
