MRX bulking journal with pics

ive decided to make a journal on here ,ive been training for the last 2 year with a 4 month break before 1 year ago, i hadnt a clue about anything to do with bodybuilding but thanks to MT and the people on it with lots of good advise im on the road to acheiving my goals, i first started out at just uner 11 and half stone and im now sitting at 13 stone ,
stats, 29 nxt month, 5 ft 11, 13 stone   bodyfat??
my diet has been improving since ive joined MT but still could be fine tuned  so heres my log since 3rd june 2009
im hoping to hit 15 stone by next summer

    no not much dan,havent really seen anyone who looks like a bobybuilder lol,
    my local gym is a community one ,has a good range of weights and machines ,but its hard at times to get the last few reps out when u have all diffrent age groups of women looking at you as if your some sort of mad man,but apart from that its ok

    havent ask noone yet ,theres a regular guy i see most days ,might ask him but dont think he has the determination for it ,
