MY AIM

hi guys,

at the moment i am 17 years old. Been training properly for about a year now. Got all my diet sorted etc and training. I want to loose bodyfat at the moment, and get my abs. I want to take fat burners to help speed it up? do they work and should i be using them at 17yrs old? After my fat has gone i want to then build muscle with little fat and start some creatine.

any info and help would be cool :D

thanks, jim

They do essentially work, but they probably only burn of an extra 300 calories a day. Personally in my experience i find it more helpful that they supress your appetite.

what kind of pills were you thinking of using?

A 17 year old would has the same side effects that someone older would have.

Lets see the diet and training bud. Most who think they have it spot on usually have scope for improvement.

Dont mean to be rude Jimmy but if you 17 and have trained properly for a year with spot on diet and still can't see abs there is a big problem somewhere.

Im here to help mate so come in peace even though my opening line may sound out of turn.

Just in my minds eye the age 17 and correct training and diet = superb resuts. and certainly no need for drugs
