MY DIET - HELP

hi guys, currently cutting at the moment whilst maintaining muscle.

Breakfast  - 3 wheetabix + protien drink

mid morning snack - 250g cott cheese

train

lunch - Chicken/tuna/ sandwich, wholemeal bread with salad + light mayo

Tea - Meat/fish with veg

Before bed - 250g cottage cheese.



do i need to add in some essential healthy fats? Like fruit and nuts? Mixed bag of nuts.
Starting fat burners in the next week too.
