MY journal and long road to my first comp???
Been reading on here for a while but never have made an account and posted anything! Not too sure why?!
Ive been training just under 2 years and have made some awesome progress in that time, I started at 10st 1 at 5" 11 you can imagine how skinny i looked! lol (ill try and get a piccy up) im now 21, 5"11 and 13st 1 which aint big by any means but atleast i can take my top off without being proper paranoid and looking like a tool! haha
Anyway i started getting more serious about my training earlier this year and im loving it atm, I want to aim to do a competition but i cant really put a date on when that will be because i dont really have an idea of where im at at the mo, I was hoping with a little help from the guys on here and my own hard work i can make it happen!
MY diet atm is as follows:
Oats, 5-6 eggs, 5-6 Eggs
Pro peptide, Pro fuel shake
Rice, chicken and veg.
Rice and chicken
Anything high in carbs and protein ie pasta with red meat
whey protein shake
Im training 4 times a week at the moment
Back and Triceps
Any changes to make this better and help me make better progress would be much appreciated as im here for the help!
