Ok I've been registered fro quite a while and just ten to read other peoples Posts thought it was a bout time i contributed.
This recipe was a great replacement for that chicken and rice lunch Yawwwwn getting bored of that. Bit higher in EFA's (quite a lot) but good.
100gm wholewheat pasta
Lowflat olive oil spray.
half chopped onion
half chopped Leek
squeeze of tommy puree
small carton low fat nat yoghurt
Smoked Mackerel Fillets (one two up to you)
(optional fresh chili tobasco-go for it itkicks you in the arse and makes you sweat.)
OH YEAH what do you do with all that stuff.
cook pasta as per packet instructions.
soften onions leek together wo in pan with spray oil.
add puree chili and tobasco.
then break up mackerel chuck it.
Stir in yoghurt (leave it to long and it goes all ***TTY)
Add hot pasta mix together (pasta heats yoghurt enough)
Guys trust me this is the nuts reasonably low in Cals.
