I'm wondering if anyone can give me the names or titles of any quality bodybuilding magazines or books specifically aimed at/written for females. I've bought the last 3 M&F Hers mags which were quite good but I was wondering if there's anything else out there. I read my boyfriend's Musclemag International which had some good articles in it but not much aimed at us girls (although the article on Lenda Murray was interesting). Thanks!

Ahh, Musclemag - Is that the one with the umpteen 8 page Muscletech adverts lol.
As for mags for girls, I think there's Oxygen?? Oxygene?

subscribe to m&f hers, its gone down hill though... also buy oxygen and fitness RX for women which is quite good. the models in the pictures use quite wimpy weights but there are some informative articles towards the back.

i find muscle media from the states the best mag - its unisex & gives pointers for both men & women that are relevant. Its a bit eas biased but its not nearly as bad as muscletech!!! they always have good exercises to try & pavel tsatsouline (?) does brilliant articles....

I agree, Muscle Media is a good magazine. Of course it will be biased as it is affiliated with EAS, but the info is still good.

It went through a dodgy patch a few years ago when it effectively became "Body for Life Monthly", but now they have eased the focus on that and back to being a more varied magazine. I guess it's due to Bill Phillips selling up and moving on.
