Maintain question

This may sound really stupid, like a lot of my posts these days

Flame away if you want but I really want to know the answer to this question :)

Who here can honestly say they are doing this after using steroids:

Maintaining 210+ lbs
10% or less bodyfat
17/18inch arms
Naturally holding this for months even years

Please give me your replys! and pictures if you have any

indeed, you know my views on this vol, it is hard to maintain anything above your natural trained state without gear, eventually you will return to the state you were in before you juiced (or your highest natural trained state), which for many i doubt is much over 170-180lbs with less than 10% bodyfat, however for some genetically gifted guys it might be closer to the 200lbs mark

having said that i feel muscle built with AS can be maintained for a fair while provided you are giving your body adequate nutrition, rest and still lifting hard

thats just my take on it, for this reason i expect i'll be using gear on and off for my whole life, although i plan to hit a couple of cycles then leave it a few years, then come back to it when needed... and so on

I'm 29, 5'10" and I comfortably sit about 215 w/o working out. However that usually leaves me at like 19% BF.

When I'm working out all of my measurements go up and my waist will drop down to about a 34 and BF to about 15% but I still stay roughly the same weight.

I wish I could maintain 10% BF as I've never even got there :) (I guess I should do some cardio.) I just like to lift and get big. Hence I'm hanging out in here and researching what to take for my first cycle.
