Maintaining round biceps

Guys I notice alot of people with huge biceps they often start getting lumpy and kind of out of shape. But I just saw this youtube video of a guy call greg plitt. His not what I would class as a body builder at all but an awesome model and imo he has a perfect pair of biceps and perfect abs.

Notice his biceps are really quite big and they are perfectly rounded

Is there certain excercises that will keep biceps rounded?

Its mainly down to genetics really mate, aswell as body fat but unfortunately you cant really shape a muscle, just make it bigger and reduce fat

I disagree with the shaping comment, not completely but I mean if you train certain muscles then obviously they'll grow more than others, so like different grip bicep curls etc, some will give more of a peak than others, hammer grip will work the outter bis etc, not 100% on names so won't try and say...

But to the OP, I'd suggest exercises like greg does, spider curls, concentration curls to be precise..... and curl all the way to the top and squeeze...

BTW that greg's my new Hero in life, after charlie sheen...

They do a bit don't they. Well then there's your answer synthol? lolol

Anyway I wouldn't sweat the details on arm work. You not going to have arms like his unless you are predisposed to have the same shape. However with general hard work and good nutirtion you can have good arm size.
