Maintenance routine?

Just wondering if anyone can recommend a good maintenance routine. Aim is to maintain what I have without anymore substantial gains or gain any body fat. Also I very much don't want to loose what I worked so hard to achive.

Thanks

I would expect that you would maintain your current level of muscle by following your usual routine, sets/reps, just don't increase the weight you are using.

The body adapts to changing stimuli, so if you keep the stimulus the same, your body should remain the same.

No main reason why Gazdai......I just like what I see right now. Perhaps in the future I may want to get bigger but for now I just want to stay where I am.

My main concern is loosing it man! I do not want loose what I worked so hard to achive. I always pumped more and more iron my entire life...thinking of staying at the same weight is definitley a major mental ajustment.

    Cheers

Dano, sure I would but I believe that increased strength is a factor of increased size which will ultimately give additional body weight? Perhaps I am wrong, but how do you incease your strength without increasing your muscle mass and again ultimately your weight?

    Cheers guys.

    Diet my friend

Without enough calories you are not going to put on weight. Its not the routine that will cause you do gain weight, it is the diet.
