Make me a routine from these items please!
After being out of the gym for a year, I decided enough was enough, and started walking a lot, doing a bit of cycling, and cleaned up my diet.
As the weight loss progressed nicely and I stated to look less out of shape, I felt the need to start lifting again, but the only problem is that for work purposes I'm currently living somewhere for the next few months that has no local gym, but a large 'chain' gym that wants me to pay £40 a month for the next 12 months regardless of the fact that I won't be there to use it...
But, the good news is I have a large livingroom floor in my accommodation and I also brought the following items with me in my van, for use in this house:
and some swivel press up handles:
My main goals are upper body strength and size excercises, as the cycling is currently doing my legs good.
So what can I do to get the best out of the above?
You guys can probably think of more inventive routines than I can!
