Hi Guys,

Anyone got a ood website that sells quality maltodextrin and dextrose?

    Yeah, myprotein.co.uk sell maltodextrin at £4.95/kg and dextrose at £4.50/kg. I currently use their maltodextrin and it seems fine.

    I think it is called Glucose at H and B but basically the same stuff I believe ?

    yes glucose C and it can only be purchased in the shop IIRC

    Is this dextrose/glucose any good, or is it all pretty much the same thing? MrBojangles, where is it 49p for almost 500g?

    Basiclaly i think they're the same, i used to use the Superdrug one years ago, when i first used Creatine even the box makes me feel sick now.

    Been using MyProtein's Recovery formula as it contains Dextrose and Maltodextrin, as well as Protein, and it seems to be helping a bit, and doesnt take massively sickly.
