It could work and to be honest i have seen worse in such magazines but there are far better routines, many of them detailed on this site, why not use one of them?

imo there are too many uneccesaries in that routine above and not enough emphasis on the essentials. It is just a weak routine.

LOL...muscle "ha" and "ha" fitn "ha" ness...hahahahahahahahaha!!!

    Mate, that routine is awful!

    How about something like:

    Monday:

    Squats
    Zercher Squats/SLDLs/Front Squats
    Ab Work
    Maybe some calf work

    Wednesday:

    Flat Bench/DB presses
    Military press/DB standing presses
    Close Grip Presses/Dips

    Friday:

    Deadlifts
    Chins
    Rows
    Bicep Work

    Quite simple and flexible!

i got a routine knighty, just wanted peoples opinion on it, it looks to really over train you don't u think? but the mag calls it the ultimate mass gaining workout, funny that there is always a new ultimate workout with ever issue, well they have to fill the mag pages with some crap, if it isn't 5 page ads for muscle-tech it's crappy articles like this...why do i buy it...oh yup i forgot, the fit brids in the mag! maybe it should by the muscle and fitness for women? hehe
