Mass Rest Mass

Awight lads!

I'm 4 months back into training and have done ok with gains. But I have have come to that point when the initial burst of growth has started to slow.
My current routine is a 5 day cycle split as follows.
Day 1 Chest/Tri's
Day 2 back/bi's
Day 3 Delts/Legs
Day 4 off
Day 5 off

I really need some advice on splits and amount of sets per body part.
Basically how many sets for bodypart and then how many days rest before hitting again?

My only aim here is caveman MASS!

Cheers
Sal

why not - monday wednesday friday?
rest in between is far better than 2 days together i'd say.
