Just wanna see if you guys think routine is solid or not. This is strictly to help build mass.

Monday-Chest/Tris
BB Bench-4 sets 6-8 reps
Incline bench-4set 6-8 reps
Flys-3 sets 6-8 reps

Pull Downs-3sets 6-8 reps
Skull Crushers-3sets 6-8 reps
Weighted Dips 3sets 6-8reps

Wednesday Back
Deadlifts 4sets 6-8 reps
BB Rows 4 sets 6-8reps
Lateral Pull Downs 3 sets 6-8reps
Shrugs 3 sets 6-8reps

Friday Shoulders/Bi's
Military Press 4sets 6-8reps
Side Raises 4 sets 6-8 reps
Reverse Flys 3 sets 6-8reps

BB Curls 4 sets 6-8 reps
Preacher Curls 4sets 6-8 reps
Hammer Curls 2-3sets 6-8 reps

Sunday Legs

    I'd cut it down some more

    Chest/Triceps

    Bench Press
    Military Press
    Dips
    Skullcrushers

    Legs

    Squats
    SLDL's
    Calf Raises

    Back/Biceps

    Deadlifts
    WG Chins
    BB Rows
    BB Curls

    Something like that maybe, though would do

    Day 1 - Legs
    Day 2 - Chest & Triceps
    Day 3 - Back & Biceps
