Mass building routine for size

Looking for a 3 or 4 day split to pack on sum size. My workout has got stale now. Currently running test prop and tren a also. Would like a routine that people have personal experience with and results please. I have read up on MT but there is that many thats y i want 1 with peoples personal experiences. Any help much appriciated. Cheers

Training is key, no one gets results without putting in the time.

    4 day split. 2 on, one off, 2 on, 2 off
    1) chest bi
    2) Legs
    3) shoulders tri
    4) Back and rear delts

    Stats:

    Bench: 165Kg 1RM
    Squat: 190Kg 1RM
    Deadlift: 220kg 1RM

    No such thing as a mass building workout... mass is built in the kitchen.

    I got aswum gains on German volume training but the workout is just boring as **** but wen u get the sore feeling for next couple of days u know u worked out good it'd the only routine I feel the need to take post workout supplement CELLMASS POST WORKOUT FORMULA but don't make the mistake of using to much weight
