Mass gainer,any good?

Afternoon folk.

Has anyone heard of/tried this mob?

    so many things wrong with that mate its unreal!

    Do your self a favour and avoid like the plague!

    go somewhere like myprotein, Add normal supermarket oats, peanut butter, olive oil etc and you got a MUCH better product!

    or better still eat more food!

    That's what I was thinking,for the "recommended" 3 month cycle it's a lot of money!

    Just as well buying a tub of reflex or usn?

    I'm eating about 3500 cals a day as it is mate!

    Just looking for a convenient way to fire in some more during work!
