Max Bench press

What is the best way to increase my max bench press? I seem stuck on 80kg for 3 sets of 6 reps. I can only get 1 rep out with 90kg

Start using lower reps. Sets of say 4 reps, then 3, progressive singles. That sort of thing

You could try using bands - I just started these in hopes of getting my bench up some. Been stuck around 300-315 mark for nearly 9 months, usually because of an injury set-back.

What's your routine like Cagefighter? By that, I mean your entire routine.

If you want a big bench, you have to work the triceps and lats hard don't forget. What grip are you using? Are your elbows out or tucked?

put the weight up, do what reps you can.
Try adding the little weights like the 1.25kgs on each side.
You will hardly tell the differance and the next move will be another 1.25kg each sid and before you know it you'll be repping 85kg for 6.
Then time to put the weight up again.
