Maximum Growth routine

I received a book with an order of protein from my supplier, which can also be downloaded for free from here:
http://www.themusclesystem.com/muscle/default.aspx

However I wanted to know what anyone thought of the routine.

To me it seems like you train muscles quite frequently but with fewer execises per body part so that you dont overtrain.

Im used to doing 1 or 2 body parts per workout, this one is normaly 4 parts:
ex: Chest, Shoulders, Tri + Bi

There is plenty of variation in the workouts, its not the same every week.

Well I may as well try it out for the 8wks and see what happens.

Yes that is the version I have.

I dont know what the copyrights or whatever are on me uploading pics of the workout, i mean anyone interested can download it for free at least.

Pulsar, what level of BB were you at before doing it ?

I like the way that we get to train body part very frequently with sufficient rest. As I said before I was doing a traditional split, which hasn't done much to be honest.

B4 i started I had been training about 2 years .. gained almost as much in the 2 x 8 weeks than i did in the last 18 months .. really did hit the spot .. I of course sorted my diet out properly as well which helped .. FYI I am 210lb 13% bf 5 10" now ..

    Ah, serious words of encouragement

Im currently 202lbs, probably about 22%+ BF and around 6ft.

Well I started the program yesterday, and it certainly got me hot n sweaty, I found it to be challenging as well, esp supersets. Think this is going to be a good 8wks.
My diet is fairly good, with the help from Mr Dante and his book Macrobolic Nutrition.

My goal is to eventually be around 10% BF, but anything under 16% would put a smile on my face.

Well, I do have a routine, but it's for submaximal growth, so I guess you're not interested.
