Maz Burn- Time to Smash up 2015!!!

Hi All,
 
So i have been meaning to get this started for a few weeks, better late then never!
I am looking at a few competitions next year, one in May (hercules)  i will enter the muscle talk show in June. I may enter a comp in April dependant upon how i look, or theres a few more towards the back end of the year. The aim....to win every one of course  
We have plenty of scope for adjustments. 
I will upload some pictures so you all have an idea of what i currently look like.
I have just started some intense training with my coach so competion mode starts now, we are on a lean bulk, and will start prep in Feb. As long as i keep my body fat where it is now which is about 12% currently.... we shouldn't have any issues....but again we have scope and plenty of room for improvements throughout the year. 
This will be my FIRST time competing....
10 weeks ago i was sat at 60kg and my body fat had dropped to 5%...i had to raise my calories to 6-8000 as my metabolism went sky high. I am now sat at 73kg and everything is under control and i am on 4500cals 100% clean. 
I will start with pictures, lets go with back shots from this year, you will see the struggle I've had to put fat on...pictures paints a thousand words....and i will continue to update this is often as i can. I will add some different pictures tomorrow!
Please feel free to ask any questions!
I am being quiet on some of the things i am doing...it is a competiton can't give away all my secrets,but i am more then happy to give advice or answer any questions deemed suitable.

You can see with these back pictures from may all the way through until november my body fat stayed real low....my metabolism finally slowed down back to normal by mid november. I am holding quite a lot of water in the last back picture.....this has now dropped back off again and we are vascular and staying lean.
I shall update the latest pictures tomorrow so you all see where i currently am! I will also log my training....that i remember...if its legs i roll from machine to machine crawling, half blind and passing out! Hitting them twice a week now with high volume and intensity training. Also chest and triceps will be destroyed. I am very front delt dominant and my back is ok.....i need to be careful not to get to much bigger in the shoulders!!

    Ok today we have Back, need to get my lats lower......and work on rhomboids and rear delts. Where I'm front dominant i need to pull it all back. you all know what my back looks like now....no need for any more pictures!!! its not going to get any bigger now......
    Prepared all my meals last night, I'm on 4500 calories of 7-8 meals......6000 bulk meals was easy, i did a lot of blending and protein pancakes. Each meal now incudes at least 70g carbs so we have 100g cooked oats or 350g potato, sweet after training or white. Pasta is brown at 100g or 70g dry brown rice is hard....im rocking out the pregnant look by the afternoon where I'm so full! Its working though the fat is staying off nicely and getting a pump instantly in the gym! Muscles fill with blood so quick!
    Fats are also quite high...again i dont really care to much about the taste i will just pour 25ml of extra virgin olive oil over my food.....rather bitter but it's food to grow!!!
    So far I've had 100g oats,15g coconut oil, 25g almond butter and 40g protein. normally i would have a steak instead of the protein but I'm a little pushed for time and had 2 yesterday....you know when you just dont fancy red meat?
    ill eat chicken and brown rice  next, got my pre workout drink with vitargo included and awhile host of other stuff, illl list it later, intra with cyclic dextrin included and aminos and post will be isolate and maltodextrin. Ill then eat 1hr later  salmon and potato...its good as a pre workout meal. This will be whilst driving.....ends up all over me!
     
    Ok so lets add another picture....i hit side delts yesterday....and triceps....my shoulders and traps had to be pinned down to make sure i isolated the medial deltoid. Looking at the picture it popped out nicely and this was a good 3 hours after training so not pumped just fed!
    I am 100% clean, off all stims and not doing cardio......so all diet and training : )  its why i have to get these meals in....even if that means going to bed late to do so...which is usually the case...final meal is normally 2am!!!!

    I will keep this updated all the way through now upto your competition at least....should hit that hard would have a comp out the way 5-6 before so can make adjustments for final week to kill it !!!!!

    Morning all! Been up early preparing food as got a busy day, i can't sleep at night unless I've eaten my full days food which is 7-8 meals. That normally beens staying up late as i do not have an appetite at all!
    Had a nice rest day yesterday....back in for another 4 days intense training with my coach now one on one then I'm out on my own till prep starts!
    Chest today!!!
     
    So will upload my food, this will last me 2 days but will need to include a bowl of oats,isolate and fats and 2 shakes too and my pre and post workout etcs.
    EAT CLEAN TO GET LEAN!!!!

    Welcome to the forum I'll keep an eye on this as you have helped me out a bit on facebook...Love seeing pictures of all the food and you look immense yourself....
