McGregor Vs Siver

So anybody going to be watching this? What are your predictions?

I put money on McGregor winning in the third round. A dumb bet since it probably wont make it past round 1, but if Siver manages to hold him off until round 3 the payout for me will be significant!

I think it could well be a first round ko for connor, doubt it'll be within 2mins as he predicted though, Sivers tough. The fight against Aldo will be good if it happens, cant see connor taking it first time though, Aldo's a beast!

Should be a nothing fight, to get a title fight for beating Siver is BS but I suppose he's a big enough draw to jump the others.
I'll tell you what though he looked terrible at the weigh ins. Sivers best bet would be to pish the pace if he can.

Personally I wish the co main was the main event, thats a 5 round fight I would like to see.

I am bewildered at how this is the main event when Cerrone v Henderson are on the undercard. I always liked Siver. A great kickboxer and very durable but he's past his prime. I would love it if he got the upset but I'm not sure how he could do it.

Connors movement is like nothing ever seen before though, I think he will take Aldo and hold onto the title for a very long time

Siver is muscular as fcuk and has great strength and power. And everybodys wondering what Connors ground game is like as it hasnt been put to the test yet.

I reckon Siver has been working on his takedowns and wrestling, and will try to surprise Connor by using his strength and power to take the fight to the ground.

Im hoping rounds 1 and 2 will be a series of takedowns by Siver, and then Connor sparks him out in the third. If that happens, Im 80 quid richer haha

I have never known Siver to be much of a takedown artist TBH. His best chance is his vicious leg kicks. They are quite unique in that he does not take any kind of run up but they hurt like feck. He has a definite punchers/kickers chance but no more IMO.

He's a natural lightweight but that division is really tough so he's settled for the grueling cut to reach bantamweight.

People are predicting that McGregor will walk over Aldo in spectacular fashion and that he is the new Jon Jones of the midget division. I reckon it will be a much closer fight than most expect.

Anyone who thinks McGregor will walk over Aldo is very silly indeed.

I actually thought McGregor would be a lot bigger than Aldo but comparing both to Rogan last night there doesn't seem to be much in it.
That was a total mismatch last night.

He should win this one. I'll be surprised (pleasantly) if he beats aldo.
