Me At 22 Years Old (Sob!)

I found these old pics of me when i was a wee 'wippersnapper' at 22 years old, and it made me sob, as i'd like to get that lean again eventually when i bulked up!..... Im sure its acheivable now... or am i living a fantasy?

Lean was my ONLY option back then lol!

That's what that 85 year old gal down the road keeps saying to me everytime she asks if she can take me to the pictures!

    Kidding.

this is the thing with pictures, they create an illusion

what do you weigh there? looking at your current pics i would say 10 stone?

if you have that condition at 14 stone IMO it would look impressive and something to aim for. condition for me has to be backed up by some form of size

Imo those pics show no improvement in muscle mass the only difference is a LITTLE extra fat. Looks like a good base to improve apon.

I was 10.5 stone on the dot, in the photos of me at 22 years of age. Have been 10.5 stone from 17 to about 26 years. Now im 11.5 stone. I didnt do any 'conditioning' or cutting etc in the photos above of me at 22 years of age.

This was back at a time when i knew nothing about BBing, and excercised the SAME muscles 3 times a week. And i did 30 reps on a fairly low poundage. I thoughts that HOW muscles were built, but as i say, i knew nothing and didnt have any pros to ask advice. the reason i look like i've got more fat now is because i havent trained seriously since when the first set of photos were taken. And, i've kept eating like there was no tomorrow and taking advantage of my high metabolism. When i was 22 (above) i could get away with more than i can now, but i never bulked back then, and certainly overtrained by doing a full body workout 3 times a week as i was hitting the same muscles over and over in a one week period.
