Meal Replacement

Hey guys,

Any advice on a meal replacement brand that I can have alongside my basic whey protein.  I'm finding myself skipping lunch more and more at work and really need to get something in me when I cant get out or prepare something the night before.  Looking for something that will offer a 40/40/20 split of protein/carbs/fat or any other recommendations.

The sachets at myprotein look decent value (20 sachets for 20 quid....).  Cant argue with a pound a sachet....

I've been using the MP MRP's for a month now, usually post workout and weekend mornings before training, found them to be excellent, I've yet to get a heavy/bloated stomach feeling from them.  And as you say, can't argue with that price.

MP's MRP's offer good value for money.  I get sick of the strawberry after a few consecutive days though

Progen (by Reflex) has an excellent formula
