Meal at 3.5 hours daily

Do you think eating a meal late on a daily basis could be attributed to no gains.

My example is meals at

7
10
1
4:30
7
10

Do you think that 4:30 meal could result in no or 'un - optimum' gains?

    It's fine mate.

You have to remember that you are bulking and that the meals are generally bigger.

If the meals were smaller and you were eating with more time in between then it would be a bit more of an issue.
