Meal plan advice

Could you give advice on diet - i wanna get big but want to look ripped. Diet at the min - porridge with skimmed milk - protein shake for breakfast. Apple, tuna and beetroot on seeded bread at 10 30ish. tuna and beetroot on seeded bread and banana and yoghurt at 1ish. Banana and protein shake 5-30 ish ( pre training ) protein shake 7 30ish post traing. grilled chicken breast x 2, broccoli, carrots and coliflour (boiledf until i get a steamer) 8 30ish.

Height 6 foot 1" Weight 80kg

    To add muscle or to lose fat? ? ?

    Build muscle mainly but, i've got a bit of fat around my stomach i want to lose.
