Measurements of supps

Guys I am at my wits end here and for the love of god cant seem to work
this out....Right 1 teaspoon is approx=5g.Agreed?
Right I have measuring scoops and they have like 1 teaspoon,1 table spoon etc and I have a smaller one which says 1 pinch..on them they also say teaspoon(5ml)tablespoon(15ml)and the 1 pinch(1ml)
Would I be right in saying that the 1 pich is equal to 1g?? and the teaspoon is equal to 5g??PLEASE can someone shed some light on this.
As I feel they dont seem rightand dont want to be taking the wrong amounts etc
If not guys HOW/WHAT do you use to measure amount of 5g etc..cheers

Your best bet is to get some scales, you can pick them up quite cheap from www.bulknutrition.com
Different powders have different densities and therefor a teaspoon in one powder maybe 5g, but in another could be 7g.

They do seem pretty good for the price. But these scales will probably only measue in 1g measurements, you might also be better getting a set of scales to measure to 0.1g aswel.
