I'm currently using Amnes1a which has 3m melatonin and it's great. I don't get on well with GABA and most sleep products have it in but this doesn't. I've used about 4 bottles since it launched last year and i'm soon moving onto my 5th.

I'm thinking of getting prescription sleepers from the doctor. Can anyone recommend any decent ones ?

melatonin was quite poor for me , combined with valairan root still quite poor.
    Gabba 3/10
    phenibut 6/10 , combined with gabba 6/10
    high dose of Kratom 7/10
    promethezine 7.5/10
    dyphenhydramine 7.5/10
    doxylamine 7.5/10
all knock you out but the grogginess in the morning isnt pleasant
Zopliclone use sparingly 10/10 , does lose effectiveness if used often
    Vallium 10/10 again used sparingly.

with my shift work and stress , waking up for a pee 3-4 times per night my sleep is awful and only get a decent night's sleep if I take something . then theres night terrors and sleep paralysis which I seem to get through if i can get into a deeper sleep ( if i take nothing i get that low level twitchy sleep, where you keep waking up due to falling over in your dream and jerk in bed)

The antihistamines are OTC and very powerful , jst make sure you take them really early (4 hours per sleep) to avoid grogginess.

got an appointment booked at a sleep clinic so will see what the outcome is.

Someone mentioned melatonin for helping with jet lag in both directions.  I travel to the States with work a few times a year and never sleep great both while I'm there and on the over night flight back.
