    Excellent!

Although dont hold your breath on getting a mention for MT, they can be pretty tight with what they print there, no matter whatb they promise!

Well done, mate on your weight loss. By all means mention MT, if that is what helped you a lot. But do not hold your breath, as they will probably not print it, unless James pays them. Bastards, I know. However, Good luck on the photoshoot. Just one thing I learned from a model I was dating recently:

Get a facial powder that is matching your skin colour. That will prevent you looking like an idiot on photos. All it does is takes the shine off. Guess what: it works! And it does not make you look gay, either. You can't even see it! Apparently, male models use it, all male TV presenters use it, so go for it!

I had a shoot the other day for a motorbike magazine. I used the powder and I didn't care when people made remarks. The photographer and the editor was happy with my photos and that is what counts.

    Good luck mate.

    Just found your piccies mate

You know seeing your face in your avi it was quite hard to see you overweight, but what a difference!

One of my biggest motivators for weight loss was going from a fat face to a normal face lol
