RE: Mesomorph diet advice
Right now i am cutting, down to 8.5% BF, but am looking more like a runner and am going to go after some much needed mass
As of Now.
Breakfast- 4 whites, 1 cup oatmeal and mult-v
Snack - 4 oz turkey w/ .25 cup mixed nuts
Pre-Workout-2 scoops whey in water
Post Workous- 2 scoops whey in water
PPWO- 1 cup brown rice, 1 can tuna, 1/2 cup veggies
Dinner- 8 oz chicken w/ 1 cup veggies
Night time snack - 1 cup cottage cheese w/ fish oil
No i am wanting to bulk so am thinking should i just increase my portions of protein throughout the meals. and Post WO i was going to use TT's mass gain shake for some extra cals. How does that sound?
