Middle Pecs

I need some info on how to focus on the middle of pecs!

Ive read all I can find on it but I still cant focus on them.

I usually work out at home with free weight or sometimes with equipment.

After a zillion years Ive started to put weight on, thats with about 6000 calories a day cause I have a really fast metabolism but hey its working. Im at the point where my chest is a decent size but I want them more fuller (or something like that)!

Helllllllp!

Just focus on gaining mass on your chest as a whole. The best way to do this is heavy compound exercises such as bench and weighted dips for chest.

I just had a read of that thread, and most of the posts in there are basically ****. A few great heads in there, but obviously a few people without the correct knowledge.

If definition is what you are looking for then maybe you just need to drop a couple of pounds. If your chest has grown but you are not happy with the look then drop some weight and get ripped! It may give you the look you are looking for. If not than I agree with keep on building you will eventually get there.

Ok, thanks for the info. I'll keep going and try to get more bulk on them!

I know your supposed to do 1.5 to 2 grams of quality protein per lb of bodyweight to gain weight/mass but my metabolism is sooo fast Im goin to have to eat about 5 horses a day! Phew! Well I suppose its worth it!
