Yes. Only really manifested itself after the cut.

No improvement, I just have different ways of hiding it. Today has been difficult. I'm more borderline personality disorder than anything else. How funny.

Just a way to put extra stress on the muscle. Can't really do forced reps training alone but, on the last rep, I will lower it a little on the negative and hold for three to five seconds, lower it a bit more and hold for the same, then one last time.

I can notice a difference probably for the first time; thicker. Starting to weave some muscle on my frame.

Another good one, buddy. You don't want to chase calories too quick, I find allowing about 4 weeks not bad for tipping the scales without losing sight of things

Exactly. I'm keeping them as is for now. I have my diet down to fine detail [in my head, reality may be different], whereby I can easily drop in 25g carbs or substract a bit of fat here and there.

Ox

Quite a bit now. Training days it is 3445, non-training a bit less [3300] where I simply drop the pre and post-workout carbs via waxy maize but replace with a bit more protein. Mock prep was about 2000 to 2200 but this increase has been gradual. I began with 100g carbs daily, then introduced another 30g per day until I felt bloated or that I was putting on fat. Not sure I've hit that spot yet but this current level appears to be OK, so I haven't increased calories for a good few weeks.

Yes, I may go lighter next week, with higher reps. Heavy really strains my joints and is the first time I've really noticed any odd aches and pains.

Cut out your chatting! Be a friendless, miserable, eye-contact avoiding w*nker like me and hour-long sessions are yours to savour.

As for consistent...yes, but half-term is fast approaching when things will be tough for two weeks...then we go abroad for a week. I'll have to make this one of these 'deload' weeks but instead just take a complete break. Probably do me good to be honest.
