Chest is weak (well TBH it's not really) due to the heavy loaded back work prior, but if back training is a priority to play catch up then don't let this bother you. (I'd personally probably find only a couple of pressing warm ups enough after hitting the antagonists so hard before hand)
This is also something of a learning curve for you and Dan to know how you can handle the routine given. If staying the distance is an issue there is the chance to assess what exercises are better for you given the level of volume required and the goal at that time in order to maximise training efforts and recovery
True. I don't think I can handle the workouts, but I could just be whining like a pathetic work-shy pot of toss.

I can relate to the anxiety and paranoia sort of puts you in a place where you hate people and would rather be alone as you just get sick of people giving you problems and affecting your life with their bullsh1t.
Can feel very isolating but there is a great bunch of lads on here who actually know where your coming from they certainly have helped me so my advice is keep venting in here it will help.
Venting on here does help, yes. Things been OK last few days... but who knows when the 'episodes' choose to return. When they do, I am very much a horrible cvnt.

Don't know what happened with rack pulls but, when the third set did not budge - and as others were happily dancing between sets to their headphone music – I petulantly shouted 'FVCK OFF' and threw my wraps to the floor, then threw my belt to the floor. Wrote FVCKING DOGSH!T in my log book, then threw that and my pen to the floor too.
Had to dig deep to carry on. Just wanted to get the hell out of the gym. Bodyweight hasn't moved for ages, I felt exhausted, no motivation, p1ssed off, drained.
I'm not growing and haven't done in a while. Something's amiss and I don't know what it is.
But, I did finish the workout. I did have a few better lifts than last time. So maybe I'm just moaning. As usual. I'm struggling to think how I'll be muscular enough come March 31.
