NOTES
Elbow discomfort was down to re-sealing our shower unit. Forcing out the silicon without the proper tools. Yes, I am a proper tool.
Posing practice almost every day now. Would be more comfortable being leaner but been told to be patient. It's not one of my strong points. Few things might be changing this week.

You have my deepest sympathies. I'm still recovering mentally from doing my shower.

Hope the elbow settles soon mate. Hate hearing stories about bad pip though! Some people just seem unlucky?

I'm still recovering mentally.... generally!

Never had any issue with PIP until I switched to quads. I only switched to quads because I've only ever used the same spot in my glutes for two years! Told I should rotate and that it can cause blurring of detail if I'm lean there. The pinning itself was fine, no problem, not even a trickle of blood. But the day after I felt as if I'd been kicked by a horse. The left leg was worse because there is a red patch a little lower than the injection site and it's swollen. It's easing now though. Think it depends on the area as, like I say, this is the first time in two years I've had anything like it.

Good work, more so considering the pain. Quads tend to ache for me after pinning. Just never to the point of unable to train... altho I always jabbed a couple of days prior to training them

It was just the squats mate. I literally couldn't put enough pressure on them to reach anywhere near parallel. Leg press hurt and uncomfortable but it was doable because I had back support.

I've just had my latest posing vid sent back by Dan, who looks over it, slows it down and provides commentary with tips etc - and it was massively positive, almost blew-me-away positive. Belief is starting to creep in but the problem is I'm almost scared of believing as the inner voice says, 'don't be cocky'.

Few changes following this week's check-in:

Cardio moves from 20min to 30min daily.

Few more calories nicked off training and non-training day diet.

And the killer five words: No cheat meal this week.

Small tickle to my Lower 1 session too, ditching hack squats, starting with leg press, adding single leg press and replacing lunges with split squats.

Lost my tren virginity last night too.

I see tren mentioned everywhere but don't know much about it. What is it supposed to do mate? Apparently you get a thing called tren cough?

Yep, that's it. Gives you a cough, runny nose and a moist anal canal.

NOTES:
Good session today. Just felt back on it.
Also, once I'd finished, I asked the gym manager, who has a supplement/clothing company called Blaqstar Nutrition, when I'd get my Blaqstar fleece to wear at my show to promote his company...
So he says: "I can sponsor you. Get you a few clothes to wear around the gym etc, etc..."
So I'm now an officially sponsored Blaqstar Nutrition 'athlete'. Very pleased with his, considering it's just little old me.
But the good feeling was bound to end when something at work went awry, so the euphoria has typically been balanced out. Hey fecking ho.

Its great news on the sponsorship, and as he's the gym manager with any luck you might get free membership eventually! Keep up the hard work mate as its certainly paying off.

Also, I saw your IG post yesterday, and you are looking awesome mate. PLus, the latest post had your face, I finally got to see your face! You are a good looking chap my friend. Winning.
