Decent workout, despite having to share the leg press with a much bigger guy, who looked like a powerlifter, who then crushed my 400kg PB like a rhino stepping on a rice krispie.

Mid section is a common wattery/fatty area for us dudes (and we are dudes) but that is something Tuffy will be accustomed to having to address if need be nearer the time I am sure. You often see people looking shredded in some areas but soft etc in others, that's how our bodies work and until you really start to dial things in I wouldn't give it a second thought (but I know you will LOL)

Oh you know me, I never dwell or overthink anything.

Tuffy
Pretty much what I have said. Fat comes off where it wants to come off and you can pretty much guarantee it comes off where you want it to most last. With that said, Eugene is not fat in the mindsection, just not as lean as other areas. Drying out would probably see him at a good enough standard but we are just chipping away weekly.
The re-feed brought about some nice changes but it was very modest. I think when we do this is a few weeks time, we will go a lot harder.

I definitely don't see why you see. With the re-feed, I didn't notice any difference. With the midsection, you're more glass half full; I see it as fat, rather than not as lean. My legs are lean definitely, there's nothing on them but skin and veins. My tummy is horrid. Still, I trust you and know that I am, once again, being dramatic.

Sessions look as if they are coming together well mate.
I have had the same thing you had on db press before the initial lift just doesn't seem to want to go up and you think Christ I will never rep this, but once you get things moving its fine, bloody weird.
You feeling better on how things are going now?

There are more positive days now than negative ones, though I do still have issues with my condition in that I think I have a gut.

In other boring news, with taking in 5 litres per day, I'm now getting up at least twice in the middle of the night! To be honest, I might as well just p1ss the bed - I'm soaked through with sweat every night now anyway, it's disgusting. I have to sleep on a towel for heaven's sake. Missus says it's like hugging a tea bag.

Night sweats.... did you say you'd started tren recently? Interestingly my sweaty nights have eased off, it took a good 10 weeks before that side of things subsided but the last month hasn't been too bad

It's Tren E - but a blend of that, test and mast. Works out at 300mg per week of each compound.

Yep, that's it. And I'm getting OUT of bed twice a night to have a p1ss. What is the point of that? Might as well throw p1ss into the mix to be honest.

NOTES:
Had to swap Lower 2 for Upper 2 as this one is a shorter session and I needed to get back to collect my youngest from school and take him to gymnastics. Not ideal. Will do crunches after cardio tonight.
Dogsh1t session. Lost loads of strength. Couldn't get on equipment hence why some exercises have moved order. Sick of fvcking twat head PTs taking their sodding shirts off and videoing all the time, poncing around all the women like they're god's gift. Actually, pretty sick of fvcking everything today.

In other boring-as-fvck news, I failed massively with work today which has triggered an overwhelming sense of self-loathing and a reminder that I must never ever make the stupid mistake of believing I can do anything well. I am an under-achiever and I must realise this is who I am. Mediocre is my ceiling. It is imperative this is not forgotten. What a silly little fvcking pr1ick I am to think I could achieve something. This is how I now feel. Please do not reply with anything to contrary.

This is a blessing though. I needed this failure because I was starting to believe I could do something in this show. So I needed it to level out. Now I don't and won't go that route again so I can now just carry on training and eating.

Yep, I only use half reps as a tool to stress the muscle further. So when I can't complete a full rep - failure - I'll perform as much of a rep as possible; half, quarter, a bit, until I can barely move it. I don't do this all the time, just go by feel. Normally on machine stuff such as leg curls and pec dec. And SLR.
